Big solutions that are perfect for your little ones

Anyone who's ever gone through the nesting process with a baby or small child can tell you just how stressful it can be. With babies, you're sleep deficient and running on adrenaline, and there are a million tiny things--diapers, onesies, toys, toiletries, etc.--to keep track of. And once they get old enough to walk, you not only have to keep track of everything, but also make sure they don't dump it all on the floor!

While we can't exactly help you with that last part (though we do recommend child locks and high shelves), we can certainly help you create an organized storage system to help you save time. Several products in our new, sustainably-sourced Marie Kondo collection are perfect for nursery, playroom, and closet storage, and you can check them out below.

Whether you're storing board books, toys, games, or accessories, Marie Kondo's Kawaii Cotton Rope Bins will keep them tidy and add a fun color accent to your space. (Kawaii means "cute" in Japanese.) Made from tightly-woven, sustainably-sourced natural cotton, these bins feature soft sides that make them perfect for clothing and little hands alike. (Available in four adorable colors: Indigo Blue, Sakura Pink, Clay Brown, and Wheat Yellow.)

Specifically designed to fit the Cotton Rope Bins are Marie Kondo's Letter-Size Kawaii Pouches, a colorful and handy solution for organizing small games and puzzles, markers, LEGO, and more. Featuring sturdy metal zippers and a frosted translucent construction, they can either be used along with the Cotton Bins or all by themselves. Plus, they're also great for travel!

When it comes to keeping nursery and dresser drawers filled with tiny clothes nice and neat, our Calm Hikidashi Organizer Boxes are second-to-one. (Hikidashi is Japanese for "drawer.") Available in either a small 14-piece or a medium 8-piece set, they're so useful that Marie herself calls them "tidying saviors." Made from durable recycled paperboard and textured paper, they can be either used as lidded boxes or as open drawer bins, and their uses are endless.

And for larger items (diapers, toiletries, shoes, story books, stuffed animals, etc.), Marie Kondo's Ori Rattan Honey Natural Curved Bins are another super storage solution. In Japanese, ori means "to weave" and each bin of these bins has been handwoven from natural rattan by traditional artisans using generations-old techniques. As a result, they're incredibly durable and sure to withstand lots of use.
