The Container Store's Employee First Fund was created to support our company's commitment to ensuring all employees are well taken care of, safe and secure. The Fund provides grants to employees experiencing unforeseen emergencies like a major medical situation, a catastrophic event, or other grave challenges that they are not financially prepared to deal with. Initially funded through a company contribution, the Fund is supported through contributions made by employees and other company stakeholders.
