  • How does the program work?

    Once you've become an approved member of our Trade Program, you'll automatically receive special discounts when you sign in with your POP! account. The discount applies to regularly priced items only.

  • How can I begin using my discount?

    Always provide your POP! account information at check-out. This will ensure your Trade Program discount is applied towards your purchase.

  • What are the membership requirements to join the Trade Program?

    In order to join the Trade Program, you must present a business card indicating you're an Architect, Interior Designer, Professional Organizer, Home Builder or Contractor. In addition, you'll need to present proof that you're a member of a professional organization, or a business license or resale certificate.

  • Is there anything I cannot purchase with my Trade Program discount?

    The discount will apply to regular priced merchandise only. It will not apply towards gift cards, Contained Home, installation, shipping, delivery and taxes. This discount does not apply to previously purchased merchandise and is not valid if combined with another offer.

  • Can a Trade Program member see a log of their purchases throughout the year?

    Yes! You can view a listing of your in-store and online purchases when you log in to your online account.

  • Who can use my Trade Program discount?

    The approved Trade Program member is the only person who can use the Trade Program discount linked to their POP! account.

  • How long is my membership to the Trade Program valid?

    The Trade Program discount is valid for two years. An automatic renewal will be sent. If you do not complete the renewal application within six months your Trade Program membership will be revoked.

  • Can I use my Trade Program discount online?

    Yes, simply log-in using your POP! account and the discount will be automatically applied

  • Will I receive a special Trade Program membership card in the mail?

    No, we will not issue a special card. Instead, you'll need to provide your POP! email address at the time of purchase.

  • I have a business but am not a Professional Organizer, Architect or Interior Designer. Do you offer a program for large-scale purchases?

    Yes, our Business Solutions Team handles large-scale hospitality, commercial and residential projects. Please contact our Business Solutions Team by visiting

  • Is there a way to check store inventory?

    You can check inventory at your local store by viewing any product page.

  • Can I use my Trade discount to order online and pick-up in store?

    Yes, you can use the Curbside Pickup service. It's FREE! There are no shipping or delivery fees. You can choose the products you want and schedule your own pickup time at one of our stores. Your order is ready when you arrive at your designated time. We'll even bring the order to your car.
