Our Favorite Elfa Space Makeovers of 2022

Year after year, those of us at The Container Store have the privilege of seeing countless stunning space makeovers made possible by our ever-versatile Elfa system. Whether they're transforming their closets, offices, playrooms, garages, or pantries, our customers and Brand Ambassadors never cease to amaze us! Here are a handful of our favorites from 2022...

Sazan Hendrix

In order to transform an empty closet into a toy storage closet for her two girls, Sazan Hendrix went to her "happy place"--The Container Store! She worked with a Design Specialist to create a White Elfa Décor space equipped with shelves, drawers, and even a small hanging space for kids' costumes. What kid wouldn't have a great time in a room like this?

Emily Counts

Brand Ambassador Emily Counts put her home and organization skills into action when she dramatically overhauled her daughter Chloe's closet. What was once an inefficient reach-in closet with only a single wire shelf is now a beautiful Elfa Décor closet laid out in Grey and Graphite components. Chloe now has plenty of hanging and drawer space, as well as shelves for toys, shoes, and cosmetics. "And the best part," says Emily "is that the Elfa system is fully adjustable so we can tweak things as she grows!"

Settled

Brand Ambassadors and professional organizers Pam Meluskey & Larisa Bright (of Settled) used Elfa to transform a "chaotic closet" into a "polished pantry." Pairing White Elfa Décor Shelves with an Elfa Door & Wall Rack, they created a picture-perfect space with plenty of room for their client's kitchen storage needs. Now the canned goods, dry goods, and baby feeding supplies are easier to access than ever before!

Devin VonderHaar

Another of our Brand Ambassadors, professional organizer Devin VonderHaar, transformed a client's primary closet using Elfa Décor. They chose Birch and White Elfa components and worked with our Design Specialists on a simple layout with plenty of room for hanging clothes, folded clothes, shoes, and accessories. "I love working with The Container Store on custom closet installs because the process is so simple," she says. "Look how functional this space is now!"

Jennifer Noseworthy

Brand Ambassador and home organization blogger Jen Noseworthy tackled her under-stairs storage closet. As many people know, these types of closets can be notorious awkward to work with due to the sloped ceilings, but Jen was able to make the most of this space with the help of Elfa Décor. A small shelving and drawer space was tucked into the closet's "nook" and used for extra kitchen storage, while the adjoining wall serves as a storage area for kitchen items, board games, and gift wrap. Talk about a true multi-purpose space!

Cas Aarssen

Our friend Cas Aarssen celebrated this past Father's Day in a truly terrific way: she surprised her father-in-law with an Elfa garage makeover! What was once a cluttered space is now an ultra-organized DIY den complete with plenty of storage space for tools, sporting equipment, gardening supplies, and more.
