Over the past few years, our Drop-Front Shoe Boxes have quickly become one of The Container Store's best-selling products. Beloved by both high-top and high-heel collectors alike, these sturdy and stackable containers rapidly became one of the most popular ways for shoe enthusiasts to both store and showcase their collections. Whether you're organizing just a few pairs of flats in the corner of a closet or have an entire room dedicated to your sneakers, they're the perfect way to keep your shoes dust-free and looking great.
But for all the praise we've received for these shoe boxes, one of the most common requests we kept hearing was for a larger size. (After all, many sneakerheads have a larger footprint.) We listened to our customers' feedback and recently rolled out our X-Large Drop-Front Shoe Boxes for sizes 13-16. Available in both translucent and black, they're truly a sneakerhead's dream come true and proudly made in the U.S.A.!

Our Small, Large, and XL Drop-Front Shoe Boxes.
To help celebrate the rollout, we partnered with some of our favorite sneaker collectors to see how the new X-Large Drop-Fronts look in their spaces. Check out the results below!
Robert Covington
Portland Trailblazers forward Robert Covington is an avid sneaker collector, and, after falling in love with our X-Large Drop Fronts, he decided to "upgrade" his shoe wall. The amazing results pretty much speak for themselves!
Joe La Puma
Joe La Puma, Senior Vice President of Content Strategy for Complex, is also a huge sneakerhead. He prefers our black X-Large Drop-Fronts and showcased on TikTok how he uses them for his collection of kicks.

Royce O' Neale
Another fan of the X-Large Drop Front Shoe Boxes (and, coincidentally, another NBA forward) is Royce O' Neale of the Utah Jazz. He recently organized his sneaker collection using a fun combination of both the translucent and black Drop-Fronts.
Maaly Mall
Noted sneaker enthusiast Maally Mall also uses a mix of black and translucent X-Large Drop-Front Shoe Boxes in his sneaker space. In the video below, he explains how he enjoys using the contrasting colors to pay homage to some of his favorite NBA players, including the late Kobe Bryant.
