  • Gym discounts: Through the One Pass app, medical plan enrollees can take advantage of low-cost gym and studio memberships, starting at just $29 per month.  
  • Teladoc: Utilization of tele-health services comes at no cost for TCS medical plan enrollees.  
  • Maven: Looking to start a family or have a child under one year? Maven provides virtual support for family planning, pregnancy and postpartum, free to TCS medical plan enrollees.   • 401(k) Enrollment: We want to ensure that every employee has a strong foundation for their retirement years. Our 401(k) savings plan allows you to save for retirement by contributing to the plan through pre-tax and after-tax deductions as soon as day one.  
  • Employee First Fund (EFF): The EFF provides support to employees who are experiencing unforeseen hardship due to a major medical crisis, a catastrophic event or other grave challenges. Since inception, EFF has awarded more than $1 million to TCS employees.  
  • Adoption and Surrogacy Assistance: This program provides financial support to employees who are adopting or using a surrogate to assist in carrying or giving birth to the employee's child. The Container Store will reimburse 100% of all eligible expenses up to a maximum of $5,000 per child.
