Great modular system that scales with your needs
When I moved recently, the tiny space I had for my existing dressers wasn't ideal, so I turned to InterMetro, which had enabled me to build a great storage system in my tiny Manhattan kitchen. This time around, I used the 14x36 shelves to build a clothes storage shelf that easily replaced two dressers that had taken up more space than the new system I built (five 14x36 shelves, four 62.5 poles). The shelving is both sturdy and easy to assemble and can be adjusted for future needs pretty easily. I have another shelving unit built using the tallest poles and six 18x24 shelves that replaced two bookcases that were a combined 50"+ wide and almost 80" tall; definitely a big help as I consolidate and try to make the most of the limited space in my Manhattan apartment!

Shelf Sleeves Included
Ok, I need an extra shelf so I bought this one. The 4 pair of shelf sleeves for the pole is included in the package. The shelf I got has a chip on epoxy paint on the corner and the overall finish/quality I feel is slightly lower than the same shelves I bought from home improvement stores. Nevertheless the same strong and sturdy stuff and I will buy again if I need extra one or two shelves in the future.

Great system - easy to use
I LOVE this product! I've used them before and keep going back time after time. I especially like the fact that you can just screw in very sturdy wheels which makes them perfect for tight spaces.

Very satisfied
A slight challenge in putting it together because I don't do instructions well; that's why they give you the instructions and tell you to read them. After that small mountain I found the shelves to be sturdy and quite durable. I even place this kind of shelving in my office and have gotten many compliments. Because I am an outdoors person I didn't need anything too classy; this type of shelf helps to meet the needs of my dual life as a pastor and horseman who loves the outdoors. When it comes to office time and space this shelf compliments me totally. This is what I needed in my office at home, thanks.

Super sturdy and attractive
Add poles, of course, and the InterMetro make a fantastic, sturdy, expensive-looking system without breaking the bank. Metro shelves are fantastic but can be more than a consumer needs for those household storage items - Intermetro is a close second in terms of strength, durability, adjustability, ease of assembly, and just good looks. (I purchased the silver components.)

Bought this for our home office. We've placed a printer and several servers on it. It looks great, is very sturdy and allows our computers to breathe. Very pleased.
