Beautiful but poorly machined/designed
Love the aesthetic. Unfortunately - when putting them together, the machining is so inaccurate that it's not possible to actually stack them as promised. Had to return.

Do not stack very well
I purchased three and the stacking is misaligned by up to 1/2 inch. Still relatively sturdy but doesn't look great. As a single rack, it is fine.

when storage is tight!
just what we needed for our entryway to get shoes off of the floor, makes it easy to dry mop the "DustBunnies" from around that area. Well made, smooth wood.

sturdy and stores alot
Bought 2 of these so I could stack them and love them. Easy to put together, high quality made. Looks very nice as a shoe rack in the closet also and holds more shoes than stated - I'm a small shoe size but highly recommend.

Great Shelf for my shoes!
This shelf is exactly what I needed to store my shoes. I live in an apartment and space is an issue. I am able to use both shelves and the floor underneath the shelf for lower profile shoes such as Converse, Keen, and Flip Flops. Great quality and easy to assemble!

Nifty shoe storage
These racks look nice enough to come out of the closet. Very sturdy and well designed. Now my husband’s shoes are organized and well protected in a corner of our bedroom, freeing much needed closet space.

Missing pilot holes
Nice wood, but several of the pilot holes for the screws has not been drilled, requiring us to resort to using a hand drill. Not cool, Container Store!

I bought this to make a shelf in the top of a closet for some of my office supplies and it is perfect. It looks great and I can buy another and stack it on top if I need more shelf space.

Sturdy, attractive racks
I bought four of these to organize the abundance of shoes in my closet. They were easy to assemble and are strong and stable. I like that they are made of renewable bamboo. My closet looks much neater and I can now see my shoes without having to sort through their boxes.

Just OK
I purchased 3 of these shelves and only 1 of them had all the screws tighten all the way. 2 of the screws in the other 2 shelves would continue to turn. Like many things now, these were made in China, but the quality control must not be good. I was not able to stack my shelves because the pieces that touch bulge in the middle, so all shelves above the bottom one were not stable and would rock front to back. Also, the shelves had some splinters, but I pulled them off. In any case, if stacking, get ready to do some sanding/leveling/gluing.
Customer service is great, though! I will update my review if the replacements work.

The shelves look nice and give the closet a nice feel. I wish they were more sturdy. Bamboo is not very strong, and I wasn't so impressed with the screw holes. With regular movement they could easily become stripped out. But still this is probably one of my top choices for cheap shoe storag. The flat shelf is ideal and I don't have too much trouble with stilettos falling through the holes. The height of each shelf space is not tall enough for some of my 4-inch pumps, which aren't even platforms. It fits most of my shoes though.

Attractive and versatile
This shoe rack has survived a number of moves and very different closet sizes. At one point I owned a wooden shoe rack with many small cubbies, but I donated it along the way. I think this one has lasted longer because the long shelves with no dividers makes it more versatile. Currently I have more closet floor space and less shoes, but it is still in use on a high shelf organizing small boxes full of ends and odds I wanted to store. I’m sure my next apartment will have less closets, and I will find a slightly different use for it.

Bamboo Shelves Great Purchase
I am so glad that I bought these bamboo stackable shelves! My husband was able to assemble them in less than 5 minutes. I am also relieved that we can purchase another set for stacking. We needed a place for our shoes in the laundry because the area looked so clunky with no place to organize and stack the shoes. The bamboo looks smooth and has a natural look that I like.

Very nice shoe racks. The bamboo wood is attractive. They do require assembly. We didn't stack ours, but they might require some effort to stack. They don't just fit together - there's included hardware.

Easy to put together, study and nice apperance
Took less than 5 min to put together. Has two tones of wood that nicely accent each other. First shelf slightly off the ground.. so you can put flats/slippers/ etc.. on the bottom and you have 3 shelves :) ALso pretty sturdy/ My husband puts his work boots on the top. No issues. I am happy with this shoe rack!
