Handles always break...
Great looking basket but we have been through two and the handles break within the first two weeks of light use. Will not purchase again, Hay has a sturdier alternative.

Terrible product!
This laundry basket is junk - not the quality I expect from Container Store. One handle cracked within the first week of use and then the rest of the basket started to fall apart. A total disappointment and complete waste of money!

Excellent Laundry Basket
Every single laundry basket I have bought in the past had the same problem. Eventually, the handles would break off, rendering the basket unusable. Then I came across this basket. I bought 4 and have now used them for several months. The design is much better and the handles cannot break off very easily - unless you carry the basket with only one handle or willfully abuse them they should last for years. They are made in Europe. Highly recommended!

Terrible - CHEAP JUNK
I purchased 6 of these laundry baskets, i was looking for smaller less bulky than tradition laundry baskets, 1 basket came broken (which they replaced for free and shipped me a new one) but before the new one came the remaining 5 baskets had already broke at the handle, when having just a smaller pile of laundry in the basket the basket bends and snaps... i have pinched my hand so many times between the broken pieces of plastic that today just 1 month in to having them i threw them all away. What a waste of money 14.95 per basket is insane. and for CHEAP JUNK- they are the quality of dollar store baskets.

didn't hold up
I bought three of these for my laundry room and two of them cracked almost immediately. even though the plastic is somewhat flexible, it seems like they can't bend at all without the handle cracking. they were the perfect size - super disappointed.

Love This Basket
This laundry basket is sturdy and a great size that fits easily in our closet. We liked it so well that we are purchasing a second one for our rental condo in Vail.
