Fell off after two days!
My husband bought the triple dispenses on Sunday and two days later it falls off in the middle of the night, which scared me!
We religiously followed the instructions. Very disappointing, the stickies are not even gluing anymore! I’m not very happy with this purchase!

Fell off wall in first week of use
I meticulously followed the instructions for installation via the provided adherence strips. The unit fell off my wall within less than a week of use, spilling all of my newly purchased, expensive shampoo and conditioner down my shower drain.

Save Space
My Clients saw these in a hotel and had to have them, so of course I turned to the Container Store. We purchased both the twin dispenser and the triple. I was very impressed by the quality and look of the product. It added a design feature to the shower in addition to savings space and reducing clutter with bottles everywhere. The best part, it was incredible easy to install!
This is a great product and you will not be disappointed. Now I am going to buy them for myself.

Love-hate relationship
Purchased ten days ago and was very happy with the product. Unfortunately, the adhesive did not stick to the wall and the product fell causing the tubes to shatter :-(
They give you screws to drill into the wall but I didn't believe I needed them since it was a non-porous wall. If you do purchase this item you will love it but please use the screws and don't rely on the adhesive like I did!

Love This Dispenser
I see a few people had some issues with the adhesive. I worked at a DIY store, so maybe those with marble or natural stone should peruse the caulking aisle for something more suitable for your application. Or take a chance & screw it in. I have a tub surround, it has never moved in the 3 years I installed with the provided silicone. Just make sure you get the location right the first time, silicone not easy removal.
I just purchased another 3 dispenser for my 1 bath condo, so my Boyfriend can have his own. It may look a little crowed in that small area (1 above the other), but they work so well, easy on the hands and are durable. It is worth it.

Great design, just won't work with thinner soaps..
Excited to get this but after using it with Dr. Bronner soap, its just won't stay in. Tends to drool out over time(see photo). Have to return it afterall. Otherwise the design and workmanship is very good.

Broken in less than a month
In the past ten years (each time I moved) I have purchased two of these dispensers, and love them. Recently I purchased a new one for my new home/bathroom. Design updated, I was so happy! I installed per instructions, yet one night just a few weeks after purchasing, I heard a loud crash in the middle of the night. Everything undamaged except the left position container, in pieces. I looked at your Q^A for this product, and apparently replacement parts are not available. So $69 down the drain unless you have a solution. I really miss my dispenser!

Broke after 2 days.
We bought two of the 3 compartment dispensers. We installed them per the instructions and now 2 days later one has already fallen off the wall and shattered. I really liked the design and wanted this to work. We are crossing our fingers that the second one doesn't fall off as well.

Good idea, bad in practice if only using adhesive
These look great in any bathroom, and the pump seems to give the perfect portion of liquid. Plus, it comes with little accessories to hold a razor or a loofa.
It was perfect...for 3 days.
Our shower has tile that you cannot nail into without cracking the tile. The package comes with adhesive material, a rubbing alcohol swab to clear the surface of dirt beforehand, and special instructions for how to apply with adhesive. After just 3 days, not even half full of shampoo, it fell right off of the tile and cracked in the middle of the night. I understand the package even recommends nailing these in, but why even provide the adhesive, rubbing alcohol wipes, and instructions if it cannot hold itself up? A suction cup alternative would be fantastic; we have a shower caddy full of soap and bottles that has stayed up for 3 years with suction cups.
If they would have stayed up, I would have given them a 5/5.

Awesome Airstream Addition
Love it! Sleek design, modern materials, and instinctual ergonomics. Looking for modern, space saving items for our new Airstream travel trailer and this flips the bill. Installed the 3 dispenser unit inside our shower room with the 3M VHB double sided tape it came with, and thankfully, it's not coming off! Even with the weight of all three full bottles, shower steam and taking our trailer out on a couple of outings, it's still on the wall. Looks and works beautifully.

Cool invention
This dispenser provides space to store your shampoo, conditioner and body wash. It allows you to obtain the product through the use of one hand which makes it great if you have someone in your family break their arm (speaking from experience). This is a great product. The only con is that the labels are hard to read. I had to point them out to my husband after 6 months of using the dispenser. Other than that they are GREAT! I bought two for our two shower ares!

Disappointed
Despite the great reviews (which I read before purchasing) unfortunately this dispenser fell off the shower wall on the second day. Most of the reviews talk about how secure the product felt, however I did not experience that. I purchased the double dispenser which came with simple instructions. There were 3 sticky strips on the back of the unit and it also came with silicone gel glue. You are to wash the area you are placing the dispenser add the glue to the back, stick it to the wall and let sit for 24 hours. I didn't use my shower actually for 48 hours, and then when I did shower, I did not use the dispenser, just to give it extra time to 'adhere'. As soon as I got out of the shower, it fell off on its own. The heat and steam made it fall right off.
I was so excited to buy this, but sadly, I will be returning it.

Life Saver!
My 22 year old son broke his hand and is soon to have shoulder surgery so bathing by himself was a must. This handy dispenser has allowed that. It's a bit pricey but when it arrives you see how sturdy and well made it is. It looks great in the bathroom and has eliminated all those bottles boys leave everywhere. I wish we wouldn't of waited for an injury to order it. Every bathroom should have one!

Check the Cap
The soap pump is great. Just as I would expect from the brand simplehuman, since they make terrific products. I purchased the single pump for hand soap, but when I got home, the cap said "shampoo". I checked the entire box to make sure I didn't overlook it, but it does not indicate anywhere on the box which cap is included with the pump. Not to worry though, I called simplehuman customer service who very pleasantly resolved my concern by sending the correct cap for my needs. Again, the pump itself... looks great and works great.

Save space in the shower, modern look
Product looks great. We bought two for our guest bathrooms. One of the shower booth is smaller, and our dad hit his head on the dispenser while picking up a subject on the floor. Something to think about when you have a small/ square shower booth. We may buy another one for our master bath.

Beware of gluing dispenser to tile.
I love the look and idea of the dispenser but after putting it in the new bathroom and gluing it to the mosaic tile, 2 weeks later it fell off the wall and contents splattered all over the floor. I have since that time drilled holes in the tile and attached it with screws.Now I love it again. It looks so great in the shower.

Simple human, simply divine
Easy to install. I put in kiddos shower to relieve some of the bottle clutter and to put the soap products at eye level in the hopes, however vain, that they might use soap, shampoo and conditioner. The fourteen year old couldn't wait and installed it himself (surprisingly straight and centered). They both like it and have said how nice it is to have their shower floor clear. Note: place the labels (shampoo, conditioner etc at the bottom of the bottles near the silver part.

Simple Human, Super Fantastic!
I have had these shampoo and soap dispensers for 5 years. I love them! The only issue was once the plastic arm broke but I simply brought it back to the Container Store and they gave me a full replacement unit! Awesome customer support and warrantee!

Love love love
My gym uses these soap dispensers and I fell in love with them. Every time I use them, I feel like I am at a resort. I decided to purchase them and install them in my own bathroom. I purchased 2 sets of two-dispensers (1 set has shampoo and conditioner and the second has body wash and facewash). This has minimized the clutter in my bathroom significantly. The dispenser is easy to install, easy to fill up, easy to clean and easy to dispense. I think this is one of my favorite product at the container store. I even purchased a second one for my guest bathroom.

Just what I was looking for
It's an amazing one. I've been looking for this exact thing quite long ago. Now I'm absolutely satisfied with the functionality, quality & design. My bathroom now looks clean & complete. A pack of 2 dispensers allowed to throw away all the bottles.

Awesome!
I installed the double a couple weeks ago and I just love it! I should have bought it sooner. It's easy to install, looks awesome and works great. I can't believe how much better my shower looks with less bottles on the shelf. This dispenser just makes everything look so much tidier. Highly recommended.

Fun to use, easy to install and use, I put shampoo in one and shower gel in the other. Much easier than trying to open bottles and pouring into hand or on scrubby. So glad I splurged & got the double.

Very cool
Just received our new dispenser, and it's very cool. My husband put it up in very short time, with the instructions. We waited until the next day to put the filled containers in place, as suggested. It looks beautiful in our shower, and it works great. Very easy to fill, with large capacity containers for the shampoo, etc. I am very pleased with our purchase.
