At The Container Store, we believe in the transformative power of organized spaces, knowing that they enhance the quality of life. Through our TCS Gives Back Program, we have taken this belief to heart by extending our commitment to nurturing the potential of young minds. As many students encounter barriers to their learning journey due to a lack of essential school supplies, we are dedicated to changing that narrative.
This August, we launched a nationwide School Supplies Donation Drive with a single purpose: to equip students with the essential tools they need, to not just succeed, but thrive in their academic pursuits. Across our stores, distribution centers, manufacturing facility, and home office, we rallied together to give back to the very communities in which we live, work, and play.

Among the remarkable organizations we supported during this initiative is Community Partners of Dallas. Established in 1989, this organization has shown unwavering dedication to safeguarding and supporting the most vulnerable members of its community—children at risk of abuse or neglect. Each year, Community Partners of Dallas orchestrates a back-to-school drive to ensure that children in foster and protective care are equipped with the supplies necessary to begin the school year on a strong footing. This includes backpacks, notebooks, pens, and other school essentials.
Through the combined efforts of our home office and Dallas Distribution Center employees, who organized bake sales, donation drives, a sample sale, and a silent auction, we are thrilled to announce that we were able to contribute funds that will purchase more than $60,000 worth of school supplies to empower these young learners.

"Our long-standing partnership with The Container Store is so important to us and we very much consider The Container Store team to be part of our CPD family!" commented Joanna Clarke, CEO of Community Partners of Dallas. "Their employees have an above-and-beyond level of commitment to serving the abused and neglected children we work with at Community Partners of Dallas, and their efforts as donors, and volunteers, and drive and event supporters make such a significant impact in providing what our children urgently need today to thrive tomorrow. We truly could not be more grateful for their continued support and involvement!"
Join us in empowering bright futures by supporting local organizations or donating to our giving campaign. Together, we can brighten the paths of young learners and strengthen our communities for a brighter future.
