For 47 years, Kips Bay Decorator Showhouse has been a proud annual fundraiser for the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club. The long-running event has raised millions of dollars for children's after-school and enrichment programs, as well as spotlighted the amazing work of some of the country's most talented interior decorators.
As a long-time supporter of this fundraiser, The Container Store has partnered with Kips Bay to present beautifully redecorated homes in Palm Beach and Dallas. This year, we've contributed brand-new Laren and Avera spaces to a gorgeous Mediterranean-style waterfront home in West Palm Beach. Take a tour of the closet spaces below!
Evoking the feeling of an upscale boutique, this master closet space was created using our premier Laren system. Designed in a Pure White finish, it features lots of hanging and shelf space, as well as glass-paneled doors. Additional storage accessories include our Bigso Black Woodgrain Storage Boxes and Umbra Gold Tribeca Necklace Stands. (Interior design by Nicole White Designs.)
The Laren shelves are equipped with integrated lighting, and the full-extension soft-close drawers include handy jewelry storage trays.
This hallway closet space has been cleverly transformed into a bar area by utilizing our Avera system. The back panel and shelves are a handsome Stone finish, and the spaces features integrated lighting and a lower storage cabinet. (Interior design by Harry Heissmann Inc.)
This smaller Avera space (designed in a Cloud finish by Nina Magon Studio, formerly known as Contour Interior Design) includes hanging space, soft-close drawers and elegant glass shelves. Our Lotus Shirt Hangers, Loft Woven Storage Bins and Marie Kondo Shoji Bamboo Bins add texture and personality to the space.
A second, smaller Laren space in Pure White also features the integrated lighting, glass-paneled doors, and drawers. With the addition of our White Oskar Storage Boxes, Umbra Gold Circa Bracelet & Ring Holder, and Natural Montauk Woven Storage Bins, it's been transformed into a stunning accessory storage area!
