Today we're proud to announce the launch of two VERY BIG things: our new loyalty program, and our first-ever mobile app!
Our loyalty program, Organized Insider, is a tier-based program that rewards our customers for shopping with us. It incorporates many of the favorite benefits of our previous POP! Rewards program--such as receipt-free returns and a birthday discount--while also offering more personalized and enhanced experiences. These include exclusive access to new products and events, priority shopping, and an annual Insider Savings Day.
The program consists of three tiers based on a customer's annual spending level:
(To make it easy, current POP! members will be seamlessly transitioned to our new Organized Insider program. They will receive communication on their status based on their 2021 spending level, or recent 2022 spending, as well as information on how the new program works.)
Both our website and The Container Store mobile app will feature an Organized Insider dashboard allowing customers to easily access their status, available offers, exclusive benefits, and the spend amount needed to reach the next level. The mobile app also makes it simple and convenient to shop, check an order status, receive updates, and find inspiration for organizing projects and tips.

1 Birthday Savings
Organized Insiders who add their birthday to their profile before their birthday month begins, may receive a special offer that can be used once during their birthday month. The discount is dependent on the Organized Insider tier achieved at the time the offer is issued. The offer is valid only for its intended recipient and cannot be used toward the purchase of gift cards, In-Home Organizing services, Laren, Avera, installation, taxes, delivery or shipping. Cannot be combined with another discount or offer. We will ALWAYS give you the better value between two or more offers.
2 Insider Savings Day
Beginning April 12, 2022, around 24 hours after completing their online profile, and then around the beginning of each calendar year, Organized Insiders may receive a single-use offer based on their current tier standing that they can use any time before the end of the year. If their tier level increases before the offer is used, the value of their offer will increase to the higher benefit of their new tier standing. An Insider will only receive one Insider Savings Day offer per calendar year regardless of tier status. Offer cannot be used toward the purchase of gift cards, In-Home Organizing services, Laren, Avera, installation, taxes, delivery or shipping. Cannot be combined with any other discount or offer. We will ALWAYS give you the better value between two or more offers.

4 New Tier Achievement
Organized Insiders who achieve a higher tier may receive a special one-time use offer around the first of the month after achieving the new status. Offer is valid for 30 days. The discount will be automatically applied to the highest regularly priced item in your cart. Offer cannot be used toward the purchase of gift cards, In-Home Organizing services, entire Elfa spaces, Laren, Avera, Gladiator, installation, taxes, delivery or shipping. Cannot be combined with any other discount or offer. We will ALWAYS give you the better value between two or more offers. It will expire after 30 days.
