Works great in our single sink.After trying the sponge holder with the suction cups, which would not stick on our silgranite sink, I decided to try this and it is wonderful! Not only can I put my sponge on the top rack, but I can also drape my dish rag on the outside rung and place a cleaning brush in the cup. I was afraid it might make the sink area look cluttered, but it does not. Great product!

Worth the moneyVery well made. I would buy this again. Like another reviewer, I will make holes in the silver soaker - I'll use it for my dish brushes and my sponge, and I want the water to drain. That's the only reason for the 4 stars (otherwise it would be 5). But it's very nice quality and very handy. A more spendy option than some other similar things, but well worth it.
Is 17-5/8" length inclusive of the edge grips? Does that mean the sink bowl has to be smaller than that to provide enough gripping area?

I have a 32-inch sink with the opening that measures 17-inches across the shorter side. This fits perfectly and it can still expand just a little -- seems like it should expand another 1/2-inch approximately.
