Rated 4 out of 5 by from Haven't used them on a plane yet I bought these for a trip I'm taking to Sweden but I did wear them and found them very comfortable. I used them with the boots I'm planning on taking and I was very comfortable walking around. My ankles tend to swell but the socks help with that. Can't wait to see how they do on the plane.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Size 7.5 - small/medium too tight My sock size (7.5) is right in between small/medium and large. I got the small/medium and it is a little difficult to put on. I am wondering if it will shrink when I wash it. If it does, it won't fit anymore.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Most Comfortable Compression Socks ever I bought these while on a recent trip to Colorado... my ankles were swelling from all the sitting. I found these and tried them, what a difference they made. Now that I am home, I am ordering a few more pair so I always have some on hand. Retaining fluid in my ankles has long been a problem and most compression socks are not comfortable. My legs felt great while I was wearing them.

Community Q&A

Are the compression socks knee-high?

A lot of men's socks are only calf-high, which can be a problem for those with large calves. Both my husband and I have large calves, due to football and ballet. Thank you.
Asked by: TCSFAN
They come up to my knees, and could come higher if I stretched them a bit, but that would be uncomfortable because they are very snug. I'm only 5' 2", but I think these would come up to anyone's knees.

What is the composition of the "wool fiber blend"?

(e.g., xx% wool, yy% elastane)
Asked by: HelenaH
The wool blend of our Compression Socks is comprised of 32.00% Merino Wool, 31.00% Rayon from Bamboo, 32.00% Stretch Nylon, and 5.00% Spandex.

does the spandex have any latex in it.

Also the size guidelines shoes shoe sizes....but because these are compression do I need to worry about calf size.
Asked by: Pattricia
The Spandex in our Compression Socks does not contain rubber or latex. In general terms, Spandex (or Lycra, Lycra spandex, or Elastane) is a synthetic that is comprised of a minimum of 85% polyurethane polymer. Spandex is not a latex-based product, and so is often recommended for people with latex allergies as a clothing replacement. Calf size should not be a concern when shopping for our Compression Socks, just shoe size.
