Trying to figure out size of items that will fit as some plastics are large (like milk gallons, large salad mixes etc) and I want to use can for my recycling.

The cylinder is stainless steel but the black part in the picture is plastic, so is the round bottom.

Does this require the special trash bags or will standard bags fit it?
Do you have to you the simple human bags or will any standard tall kitchen bags fit it ?

It does not require the Simple Human Trash Bag, however it is made to fit the can. You can use any trash bag, a 12 gallon would fit the best.
