Would a standard 13 gallon trash bag fit the rim of these?

No, a standard 13 gal. trash bag will not fit on the rim of the Slate Grey Upcycled Recycle Bin.

How deep is the recess on the top of the lids?  I need to stack 2 of these, but only have of 35” high, and these state they’re 18” high each....if the top is recessed at least 1 inch, they would work.
