The drawer of our Large Lego Storage Drawer does open completely and, in fact, can be completely removed from its casing for total access to the contents.

The weight limit for our Large Lego Storage Drawer 15 pounds. Placing a substantial weight, like a child, on top of the drawer is not recommended.
