Japanese design and construction make our Opaque Modular Stacking Drawers a beautiful and smart answer for any storage need. You can use them on the floor or a tabletop, stack and build them out to your specific design or leave apart and store to your heart's desire! Stabilizer clips are included for all sizes to keep stacked units stable. Dividers are included in each drawer, with the exception of Large, for further organizing your space.

good size options, poor drawer handles & wheelsI like the size options of the drawers and how deep the large bins are. I wish it had handles like the Like It Stackables. It’s hard to navigate on these. Maybe if the handles were on top because pulling from bottom of the drawer, especially last one on the floor is more difficult. Also the wheels are pretty cheap. I know they’re plastic but even the like it brand has better quality wheels and a stopper. These do not have stoppers and roll every time you open them. You have to use extra leverage. I need my drawers to be mobile for my projects, so unfortunately I can’t do without them.

Opaque Modular Stackable DrawersI wanted these to work so badly because they are very nice looking, but they are not functional. Every time I pull out the drawer the whole thing tips over and have to realign it to the drawer that it is stacked on.

Perfect For My Needs!I had a small area, approximately 8” wide where I wanted to place a storage unit for incidentals. I originally bought one large and two smaller drawers then returned to purchase two more large. The units stack perfectly without sliding around and the drawers glide in and out beautifully. Each drawer comes with a plastic bracket to secure it to the next drawer. This was my first purchase from the Container Store and I am so pleased.

RV DreamMy wife and I just bought an RV and have a storage area under the queen size bed. We looked everywhere trying to find something that would fit that we could both use. We stumbled upon your website and found 2 sets of 3 drawers that fit perfectly in the space we have available. The product is perfect for our use and I would totally recommend this for my fellow RV campers out there. I've included a photo so you can see what we did. You'll notice we used 3 different sizes to make the perfect setup for each of us.

Helpful Drawer unitI purchased two similar set of the unit to increase available drawer space in a New York apartment. I utilized excess closet space. These excellent and easy to assemble. Only insertion of feet between levels and casters which work well in carpeted space.

GreatLove the multiple choices of sizes. You can make it as big or small as you wish. Got this for my daughter for her room. We have it on wheels with large and small drawers. Would be great on a desk with small drawers. Easy to clean.

Bye bye, big heavy dressers!There was a time I couldn't imagine life without traditional bedroom furniture. I've had a dresser since I was born, was there any other way? Then I moved to a downtown luxury apartment, which means, for reasons beyond my comprehension, a tiny bedroom, and a gargantuan walk-in closet. What to do? I couldn't drag a dresser into a closet. There was a built-in closet system frame in there. On the other hand, where do you put socks, underwear, and those seashells you picked up at the beach in 2013?
The Container Store came to the rescue. These stackable beauties let me build a dresser-like structure for the closet that I can rearrange as I see fit. They seem sturdy and flexible. They're not a dresser, but they sure act like one. And if you've got a walk-in closet, why not? You don't need to impress anybody. These are pretty sleek, though.

Nice design, BADLY madeWe bought a large set of these for our kids' playroom. I agree with the other review that they don't hold their shape. After just a few months, they aren't holding up. The clips in the back don't hold them the modules together as designed, so the whole unit starts to fall apart. They are looking saggy and the wider ones are also buckling from the weight of the drawers on top of them, even though they're not holding heavy toys. It was a mistake to buy these, I'm very unhappy with them and don't recommend.

Doesn't hold shapeI thought these were perfect for a nice, clean storage solution. But for the price, they should hold their shape when used for the purpose they were created. I originally bought the biggest drawer, and it bowed so much in the middle that I returned it for two smaller drawers thinking that would fix it. As you can see, once you fill the drawers, they start to sink and the once clean look starts to look cheap. I'm pretty disappointed, but not so much that I have the energy to go find something else. Ugh.

How much weight will a rolling stack of these drawers hold? (I.e., can you put a printer on top of the top unit?

They hold no weight at all even when not stacked. They sag in the middle, and it is very pronounced if you don't have the same width drawer on top. Even if you stack drawers of the same width, there is a large gap at the bottom where two drawers meet. The space in between two drawers is always flared open at the bottom. Doesn't work like the photos at all.

The White Opaque Modular Stackable Drawers are made of (99.92% - Polypropylene) and (.08% - Elastomer).The surfaces (interior as well exterior) of our Opaque Modular Stackable Drawers are smooth like a lacquered finish. We recommend cleaning our Opaque Modular Stackable Drawers with mild household cleaning and a soft cloth.
