Great product, pretty and easy to useI saw this drawer liner then went to the store to purchase. I am very pleased with my purchase. First, I love the patterns. They are very classic, yet contemporary at the same time. Second, the product is very easy to cut to size and use. Third, the price is right. It's less expensive than some other liners and, I think, a better product. I'm heading back to the store soon to purchase more.

Beautiful fabric for the young or elderlyThis product, although pricey, is gorgeous and durable. I needed a few rolls and have not seen this any place other than The Container Store. I lined a shoe closet with it and several drawers. It is thick and strong, easy to cut and can wipe clean. Really like it.

Great ItemI really liked this item. I have an antique dresser that I did not want to use something permanet in the drawers. This was a great find.

Kitchen drawers/shelving
Is this item ok to use on kitchen drawers and shelves? Will it protect from water damage if items are a bit wet out of the dishwasher?

They can be used in most drawers and shelves, but we would avoid using them where moisture is present. We recommend other drawer and shelf liners that are made for the kitchen area.

Why can not be used on laquered or urethane surfaces?

A reviewer pointed out a very strong plastic odor.
Is there a strong odor to this product? Do you have to air it out before using?

Our non-adhesive Fabric-Top Drawer Liner has a silky fabric top with a delicately padded non-slip PVC grip bottom. A plastic odor seems to have been offensive to one reviewer, but it was not reported before and has not been reported since. Our best guidance is that the liner can be used right out of the packaging - no airing out is necessary.

What material(s) are these liners made from?

Sorry, I no longer have the wrappers from the roll. This liner has a silky feeling material on top that seems impervious to water and a foam-like backing that gives it a soft, cushiony feeling. A very nice combination in the drawers of my guest room. Beware -- it is not gray.

What are the measurements? Length and width?

I thought this was stated in the description, that is why I bought it -- because it was 18 inches wide and there was 4 feet to each roll.
