No, the wheels only roll back and forth in the direction of the handles. The wheels are not multi-directional.

What are the interior dimensions of the 19-qt. rolling plastic storage tote?
I'm looking to store a roasting pan with V-rack that measures 18" x 11.75" x 5". It will go on open shelving, so I'm trying to protect it from dust but also keep it accessible and waste as little space as possible.
