Cute but breaks easilyI use these on my pantry floor to hold items and keep the items hidden away. They are cute but like another reviewer stated the rod at the top of the basket breaks easily. The picture I posted shows how the basket has lost it’s shape due to the break.

I actually bought two of these for sons toys. Not only are they right size, they are big enough to fit my sons big trucks and a lot of toys and they just slide right into the closet. I love how attractive they are and versatileZ exactly what I was looking for. Also low enough for my son to reach in but high enough to store all his big toys!!

Cute but not functionalI love the size and shape of this laundry basket. However, it cannot take much weight. I am afraid that it is going to rip apart. I wish I purchased a sturdier laundry basket. The handles are not strong either.

Beautiful but broke after a few weeksI really like the look of this as opposed to a plain white plastic laundry basket. However, this didn't hold up well for us. After a few weeks the piping in the top edge snapped and that caused the weaving in the basket to start coming un-done.

Attractive & functionalI bought this basket for a friend who is setting up a wellness room. It is attractive enough to leave out and holds a lot of lightweight items in place.
I think I will get one for myself too.
Is it the handles that make it 12 5/8 in height? Or is that the height before the handles? And are the handles flexible?

The handles are fairly soft and flexible. The basket it 12 5/8 inches and about 14 inches with handles.

Size?
The description says the basket dimensions are 17x17x twenty something. But an answer from the corporate office to a previous question lists the dimensions as 17x 12 5/8 x twenty something. It matters very much to my space if it is 17 or 12 5/8...could you clarify? Thanks for your help!
