is this weather proof?
I would like to use this for my house plants. It would be outside, without cover, It would be outside for half of the year and the other half it would be inside. What would happen to the finish?

This is not recommended for outdoor use because if it is scratched, it is susceptible to rusting. If you do use it outdoors, we recommend first applying a coating of a protective sealer like Rustoleum®.
