We wanted a hanging rod for clothes in the laundry room, and this one went with the Metro Commercial shelving unit we built.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by NoLibsRes not just for clothes, great for paper towels!
Out on the deck is a metal shelving stand, and I bought this to hang under the top shelf to put paper towel rolls on. Perfect! Now we can BBQ or hang out, garden, or relax, and on the cart are some paper towels, ready for whatever.
The bar was a little tight getting the hooks on, but other than that a great addition!

Rated 4 out of 5Â by AmiS InterMetro Clothes Hanger Rods
We used these rods to complete our master closet using metal racking. I had previously purchased another type of rod from an industrial website and that rod was a bit sturdier - it screwed together instead of a rubber cap keeping things in place. But these were convenient, and decent value and did the trick.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by monkeyface perfect system
I was trying to organize my closet without spending a fortune-- this did the trick. Ok, the entire system still cost over $200 but that's a lot less than the Elfa system! The intermetro system is super sturdy, functional, and pretty easy to put together. It's also easy to dismantle and take with. I rent an apartment and anything that doesn't require putting holes in the wall with hollow screws is a plus for me. But Elfa's freestanding closets were too pricey. Only negative is that it didn't come with directions, but luckily hubby was already familiar with the system. This 24" clothes bar holds a ton of clothes-- I was surprised by how sturdy it was and how well it stayed in place. I love, love, love my new closet.
