They're ideal for preserving freshness; simply push down on the lid's button to create an airtight seal then press again to open. Rounded corners make for neat pouring. Lids can accommodate convenient scoops. Eight-piece set includes five canisters, one brown sugar saver, and two half-cup scoops.

Note: We recommend using the push-button to seal and unseal your POP Containers to ensure an airtight seal. The patented lid design features a silicone gasket with a flexible "fin." When you push the button, the gasket expands, pushing the fin against the POP Container walls to create an airtight barrier.
Being able to pull the lid off without using the push-button does not mean the lid wasn't sealed. Pulling the lid off temporarily "breaks" the contact between the flexible silicone seal around the lid and the Container walls - allowing air to come in and the lid to come off.
