How much usable height do you lose with these? In other words, what's the height from the bottom of the gliding mechanism to the actual flat part of the shelf where you put things?

Our Lynk Professional Wood & Chrome Slide-Outs do not have a maximum weight capacity. They are designed to hold heavy pots, tall appliances and even items at the back of your cabinet. Your pots should hold just fine on any of the Lynk slide-outs. Thank you for your question.
