Great idea, but don’t stickI wanted to use on several computers I have to cover the cameras. In this day and age of hacking, I don’t need to see myself all over the Internet in my pajamas. At best, stuck for a few days. Even after I cleaned the surface, they fell off. GREAT idea but poor design. And I was so hoping to use as stocking stuffers for other family members.

Don’t waste your moneyI love TCS but they failed in this one. The rating should be zero stars. I bought 2 sets (months ago) intending to give one as a gift. I found they do NOT stick on any matte finish. They even fall off glass. I was able to return one set but had to keep the other because it was opened. I’m surprised they still offer them. Wasted my money. Don’t waste yours.

Always come off....I got this stickers because I thought was a very good idea to put it in my gadgets, but they’re never stay in place. They come off easily, I lost one already.

Keeps falling offEven though they were somewhat pricey, I bought these webcam blockers because they had cute designs. Well, they pretty much wouldn't stay on, which renders them useless. Would not recommend these to anyone.

UselessThese spy blocker webcam covers are very cute, so I bought them because they looked better than the other ones sold elsewhere. But that's as far as it goes -- cute. This is useless - they keep falling off and don't stick at all. What a sad waste. They don't come cheap, either!

Doesn't WorkTried these on both my smartphone which has a secure wraparound cover and my laptop. The one on the phone immediately fell off and was lost, while the one on my laptop won't stay on either. Just as others did, I've cleaned the webcams to ensure no debris is making the covers fall off, but they just will not stay in place. I also don't live near a retail store to return this product as I was only visiting the area when I purchased. Will be returning this product by mail or holding to return to area when next I visit!

good concept, wished it workedI bought a package of these, only 1 of the covers actually stayed in place...I cleaned all of the screens with a screen cleaning cloth to remove any fingerprints and they were clean and dry before I applied them. The one the one on my laptop immediately fell off. I used a dry eyeglass cloth and applied a different one which stayed on until I shut the laptop off. They adhered back perfectly onto the sheet on which they came...Did not stay on at all on my iPhone or iPad no matter what I tried. The only device it worked on was my husband's Kindle. Huge disappointment, I wish I lived closer to TCS, I'd return them.
Does this item have a sticky back that sticks on to cover the camera?
If it does have a sticky backing does it mess up the camera lens when you take it off? Does a residue stay on the lens when you remove the cover?
If it's not sticky, how does it stay in place?

This item does not stick at all so don’t be concerned about residue! I believe the “stickiness” factor is more “static cling” than a “glue.” I have had to use tape to keep it in place on my computer/ipad and have lost a few from my phone (without tape). I don’t recommend them unless you don’t mind using tape.
