Are the casters mentioned above the black pieces shown on the bottom of the cabinet in the picture, or are they add-on attachments to make the cabinet roll? I have exactly 24" of height and would need to take those bottom black pieces off. Possible?

The Poppin White Slim 3-Drawer Stow Filing Cabinet is 24" tall without casters attached and 25" with casters attached. The casters are referring to the wheels. We hope this helps!

Shallow Drawers measure 13" wide, 16" front to back, 3-5/8" high on the sides or 5-1/4" high on the inside of the drawer front (the drawer front being taller than the sides of the drawer)… the Deep Drawer measures 13" wide, 16" front to back, 9-1/4" high to the top of the file rail or 10-3/8" on the inside of the drawer font (the drawer front being taller than the sides of the drawer)... both drawer front widths are 15-3/8" wide.
