How do you switch to the pencil function; and write in pencil?

There are no instructions in English for this product?
I love this item, BUT, it is very difficult to use as all the instructions are in Japanese. In addition, before I purchase more (for my office), I do need to know how to change the ink cartridges and if you carry them. Overall I love this product, but you are selling something that needs a bit more support from your end aka instructions, and cartridge availability. Help please.

I don't know why you'd need instructions, to be honest. You click the sliders to activate a pen or pencil, then half-click another slider to retract it. Refilling the pencil is as simple as unscrewing the end and the pencil mechanism and putting lead in the pencil tube. I mean, a 5-year-old could figure this out in about 10 seconds.
