Simple & functional...just what a minimalist likesI purchased one of these mesh cups several months ago at the Park Meadows (Colorado) store. As a minimalist and "organizational junkie," I LOVE The Container Store -- everything is clearly displayed and marked, and the employees are AWESOME! Container store is the BEST.There is nothing that I do not like about the container store. ALL of their mesh containers help so much with organization. And they work so well when storing "stuff". I use them for everything in every room. Especially handy for storage under the sinks. Let your imagination go wild.

Love That Mesh!I originally purchased one of these dandy mesh cups to hold a few pens, pencils and a pair of scissors. Now I own 4 cups, plus one of your mesh boxes, which generously hold every marker, highlighter and glue stick, easily within sight and reach.
The cup's mesh design is smart, clean and functional. The best part though, is, my work area always looks attractively organized, even when chaos reigns. How can you beat that?

Great ValueThese are wonderful for separating pens, pencils, markers, colored pencils, etc. And they look very stylish lined up in a row on my desk. Can't beat the price either. These coordinate with other things, like a wastebasket and note holder that I already had.

Stylish Pencil holderI bought this pencil holder because it matched my other desk accessories. It's stylish and I like that it is see through because I absentmindedly sometimes throw other things in it like paperclips and erasers and I can spot them easily. Before I was always dumping out the contents of my holders to see what was in the bottom. You can also tell if a pen is leaking before it makes too much of a mess.

Excellent toothbrush holderI had gone into the Container Store hunting for a toothbrush holder, only to find that it cost up to $9 to keep my toothbrush upright. I walked one aisle over and found this: the exact same thing for $2, with a different name. It works well, it ventilates itself to prevent bacterial growth, and my toothbrush doesn't fall over. It's about as classy a toothbrush as you could ask for.

This is an attractive, well made, nicely priced pencil cup. I use them in my craft room, and because of the price, I bought one for each type of pen/pencil.
Note: the measurement shown includes the lip of the cup. Actual interior diameter is about 3" The bottom is solid, not mesh. I can fit 85 standard-size colored pencils in one with lots of wiggle room.
