I bought these to store my son's artwork. They are nice-looking, but they are still ultimately just cardboard boxes, so they are a little pricey for that. But they look nice on the shelf and they are large enough that the majority of his artwork fits. I wish they made a size that was a little bigger because we still have a handful of art projects too big for the boxes. I haven't found any store that has a nice-looking box big enough, though.

Love these boxesI bought 12 of these and stacked them 3 high and 3 wide above the cupboards in my laundry room. There was just enough room left on the right for a set with the drawers. What was storing air is now storing seldom needed items (papers, photos and files) which I cannot throw away. With their classy look, they blend in beautifully.

Sturdy & Visually AppealingBox is very sturdy and has a nicer look than most cheap boxes of this nature. It is the kind of box you can keep in visble site without it looking like a tacky box sitting on a shelf.
Kind of wish the lid had some kind of a catch on it, but that was not a deal breaker.
Box can be stacked or lead up on its side and it will be just fine.

Storage Just Got ClassierThese storage boxes are both beautiful and practical. I really appreciate they they come in two different sizes, after all not all important documents are letter sized. I use them at work to organize papers and at home to store prints.

The Best Everything StorageI love these storage boxes not only because of the neutral colors but the sizes they come in. I have a lot of documents and photographs and artwork and these boxes were perfect to organize all mediums.
Our grey marten office storage boxes are not acid free.

What are the interior dimensions of the Document Box?

The interior of our Marten Document Storage Box measures 11-3/4" wide x 16-3/4" deep x 3-1/8" high; the Letter Storage Box interior measures 9-7/8" wide x 13-3/8" deep x 3-1/8" high.
After undertaking a major remodeling project of her 1930's Spanish Mediterranean home in Santa Monica, Marla Sobel loved the light, bright, casual and graceful environment of her home. Despite the update of the space, however, Marla's office remained a sort of "catch all" for anything that didn't have a dedicated storage place in the home. An, "insane mess" as Marla called it; she was ready for a space where she could productively work from home - a place that was multifunctional, beautiful and consistent with the casual elegance of the rest of the house.
