It was bit heavy. Had to slide the large box into the house. But I was able to carefully tip it over to insert the casters. Assembled, the cabinet rolls on the casters relatively easy. I use mine in an open area and am able to easily move with one hand on the front and one on the back. Used to work in a large office with a similar style cabinet and this moves just as easy and appears to be of equal quality.
