Is it 33" tall with or without the extensions in place? I only have 27" to work with

The 33" height includes the legs. But you are able to take the legs out and stack the bins without them. The stack of three bins without the legs is 23-7/8" high. We hope this helps! Thank you!

Our Stacking Storage Bins - with or without the leg extensions - can each support up to 15 pounds of static, evenly distributed weight and should be stacked no more than 4 bins high.
