Lynk 21" Chrome Pull-Out Cookware Organizer is rated 2.2 out of 5 by 43.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great organizer...until the clips break. Buyer beware: we've had ours for a few weeks now, and the clips are breaking left and right. It's a great idea and when it's not broken, works exactly as intended. However, they've really skimped on the quality of the clips themselves which are, you know, the whole piece maintaining the structural integrity of the piece. And it's not even breaking under undue stresses beyond what it was built for: mine has 6 pans (ranging from small to large) and it's doing a nosedive in performance as each successive clip breaks. If the manufacturer could provide a whole new set of clips made out of something that can endure more than a few weeks of normal wear, it'd be totally salvageable.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality Had 5 clips break within weeks making the product useless. Loved it until it broke, but now it’s just taking up unusable space.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Clips break too easily I didn't see any negative reviews when i purchased this product, and i'm not sure i would've believed them because normally Lynk quality is so good! Unfortunately, the black clips that secure the holders are too weak - not sturdy enough to hold a standard 8 or 10 inch frying pan and lids. After a few months of use, i noticed one of the clips broke. I didn't think anything of it, so i rearranged the holders and went about my day. A few weeks later another clip broke. as of now, I've had this product for exactly 5 months and have lost 5 clips. I've requested guidance from Container Store on how to go about a refund/return, because this solution is not reliable.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Let me down just like my Dad My wife and I had a mission. We vowed to take back the space our pans took from us in the kitchen. After researching possible solutions we came across this item and knew we had finally found a viable solution. That weekend we went to our local store found them and pulled the trigger and purchased. The install was fairly easy. Got it installed in about 20 mins. Placing the dividers on was by far the most difficult part of the process as you have to force them on to the rails. Had them all adjusted for our pans and wrapped up. I was so impressed by the amount of space we saved doing this. Fast forward 2 months and a clip was broken. It had simply given up, just like my dad. I was frustrated, hurt, betrayed. I trusted it to help me, not make my life more stressful. I couldn't accept that this was a failure on the product. Surely my wife was in a rush and broke it and just forgot to tell me or didn't realize. I made adjustments on the dividers placed the pans back in and moved on with my life thinking of all the reasons we couldn't have nice things... Skip to today.. as I was getting prepared to cook I opened the cabinet and saw it. Another divider broken, my pans leaning on one another for the support they needed reminding me of the days my siblings supported each other after my Dad left. All in all these things just aren't dependable, just like my Dad.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Plastic connectors break See picture for the state of this product after two months of use. All but two of the dividers have broken plastic joints. It is now worse than having no organizer at all.
Date published: 2020-05-06
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Joints break Fantastic product until it’s not. The plastic joints/clips break after a while. We have 2 still intact. We are now stacking the pots flat. Not a long term solution.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad product Broke within 3 weeks, one broke then the next, doesn’t hold the weight of the pans; only 1 ring left. Paid way to much for a product that has had bad reviews in the past
Date published: 2020-04-24
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth your time Bought this product thinking we would use it long term. Clips broke within the first month holding the dividers up.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great while it lasted I was extremely excited to purchase and install the Lynk pull out organizer as soon as we bought our home in December. Unfortunately after less than 2 months of use 2 of the dividers broke, leaving the product unusable. Very disappointed in the quality of this product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Good until it wasn't Bought and installed several of the Lynk brand pull-out organizers and most have serviced well. This lid organizer broke recently after about a year in occasional use. The plastic connector broke and makes the organizer unusable. I am so disappointed since this means probably a uninstall and re-install with a better model. Ugh!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Quality This product lasted only a month before the clips holding the dividers started failing. It was a great idea solution for my storage issue. However, not being able to use it as intended is very upsetting.
Date published: 2020-03-03
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nice concept, poor quality Bought this back in December19. The product already came with a couple broken clips that hold the dividers. After a few weeks more clips broke making the system less usable. Good concept poor quality.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Good for 6 months I bought this for my pots and pans, within 6 months, 3 of "durable"divider clips have broke off.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Loved everything about it except..... I love everything about this product except for one thing - the crappy plastic joints that allow you to adjust the size of the slots. I've had 4 now out of my two racks break. Now my pots and pans flop around on the rack.
Date published: 2020-01-20
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Right idea, poor execution We installed this organizer and have stored 4 pots and their lids. The organization was nice, but the product has broken- and continued to fail us as time goes on. The dividers that hold the pots and lids in place are installed and secured with a plastic piece that just does not hold up. We have had many break and are down to a point where we can no longer use the item. We purchased in store, and I wish I had seen the similar reviews here online before making our in store purchase. Lesson learned. Don’t make our same mistake! Look for a greater alternative.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Read the Reviews I should have read the reviews prior to purchasing. Much like many, many others the cheap plastic clips that hold the dividers break and render the entire rack useless. Was hoping the dividers could be ordered separately and an unable to locate. Extremely disappointed with the quality of this product

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Love the concept, but broke within 2 weeks I love this, but the back holder broke within 2 weeks and now it doesn't hold pans very well on that side. I still use it, it holds all my frying pans and it's great to pull out and get what I need. I just wish it would have held up. I don't have my receipt or box anymore so I'm not sure they will do anything for me.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not purchase We bought this item in store so didn't see the negative reviews online. Like many of them said, the plastic clips that were suppose to hold the dividers in place breaks within weeks of use. If there is any type of pressure, they will break sooner or later. The plastic quality is SUPER low and returning the set means leaving holes in my perfectly new cabinets. Worst purchase from Container store ever.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dividers not strong enough We have had this installed for a little over a month and a few of the dividers are already broken. The plastic pieces that keep the dividers in place are extremely brittle. Tried to order replacement parts online but the manufacturers website is extremely barebones and I don’t want to pay $70 for a whole new unit. Very disappointed!
Date published: 2019-10-22
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Diveder Not strong enough Adjustable divider hardware are made of plastic and will break off, making it unusable for its purpose. Now there no way to keep pot and pans accessible in a organized matter.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Broke within the first month Bought this rollout cookware holder, we installed it, metal dividers broke off very soon after install, not sure what caused them to break...just opened the cabinet and the pan fell out when I pulled the rack out

Rated 1 out of 5 by from So bummed After many years of trying to find the best solution for our pots and pans I finally talked my husband into reorganizing two of our kitchen cabinets. I really thought these cookware organizers would be great. I was tired of my pots and pans being stacked on top of one another and and in front of each other. I was tired of the hassles of having to pull pot and pans off the current shelves onto the floor to get to the pans I needed. These organizers seemed to be the perfect solution. I loved the fact that they were a slide out and that they were mounted to the bottom of the cabinets rather than the sides. I was so happy with how my my organization project turned out until all the plastic dividers between the pans started to break a week after bought them. I was able to return the first broken dividers in store for new ones. All was great again until a month later when the dividers from the second holder began to break. Although my other pan holder seems to be doing fine at the moment I am not sure if the exchanged parts from the other organizer will break at any moment. Half of my pans are now, once again, stacked on top of one another. I will probably have to return the entire item leaving holes from the screw in my cabinets unless The Container store and the manufacturer have found a fix for this divider issue. I am really hoping this issue can be resolved so I keep these organizers and love them.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheap Clips We were excited for this product because it fit perfectly in our cabinet for our pots and pans. The clips broke in just a couple weeks. Way overpriced for a critical part being so cheap and breaking so easily. don't waste your time or money. Won't buy their products again.
Date published: 2019-09-08
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheap plastic clips spoil a nice product Plastic clips that hold the uprights lasted about a month. For the price I would expect a little more robust design. Don’t waste your money on Lynk products unless you want to replace it after it breaks. Very disappointed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Plastic clamps easily break I bought this organizer four months ago and loved it. It really helped in organizing my kitchen. However, it now has eight broken clamps and is unusable. Very disappointed.
Date published: 2019-07-24
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Loved it, until the plastic clamps broke I loved this organizer. It keeps our pots and pans cupboard looking so much nicer, and I can find items so much more easily. However, we’ve had it about 2 months, and the plastic clamps that hold the dividers have already broken in 2 places. If I could locate replacement clamps, that would be awesome, but I’ve been unable to find them as of yet. And, hopefully more will not break.
Date published: 2019-07-14
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth the money! I originally bought two smaller pots and pan holders but then seemed more like a temporary fix rather than a solid solution. Introducing this piece was questionable at first considering the price! After some research we found the price to be similar at other retailers. We decided to try it out and return it if it didn’t work. Not surprisingly, it worked and it looks beautiful. If you are questioning the price and having a hard time swallowing that as I did, just buy it to try it. If it doesn’t work, return it, but I promise you’ll likely find that this piece of equipment will be one of your favorite investments from the Container Store!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from clamps broke within 2 weeks I loved this pull-out organizer when it was first installed. Seemed to be the perfect solution to a deep cabinet and many pans. However, the clamps on the dividers broke within 2 weeks of installation with not even an oversized pan. Very disappointing for $70.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These are all amazing We have I think almost every variation of these sliding organizers for our kitchen and they are all so useful. I especially hated having pans stacked on top of each other and this one completely solves that problem.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from the plastic clips breaks easily, very disappointed I hope and can get part for it...I don't want to take apart and return it everytime it breaks

Is this coated with anything that will keep it from scratching fragile pans?

How many kitchen items does it hold?

Asked by: Emil
I believe this product holds up to six pans or six lids depending on the grip of your lid. If you stack pans inside one another you can fit more. We did this and were able to fit seven pots and pans. It all depends on the depth of each of your pans.

How much weight can it hold?

Would like to use with cast iron pans.
Asked by: genforme
I would not recommend for large pans. The divider clamps are fragile and broke with larger pans. Seemed to be more of a size issue than weight in my situation. However after my experience, I would say that a heavy pan like a cast iron skillet would break the clamps immediately.

have you replaced the plastic dividers?

I've read way too many reviews that have expressed about the horrible quality of the plastic adjusters on the cookware organizer. If I buy one now a year after all the complaints started, have you replaced them with better ones on the standard models?? I would feel more at ease buy an updated model.
Asked by: Dulsita
The vendor has corrected the issue and all product going forward has stronger clips. The vendor will also replace any broken clips if the customer reaches out to them via their customer service department at lynkinc@lynkinc.com
