Very useful laundry basketThese are super handy. Their low profile size means I can stick one in between things in each bedroom. I threw a trash bag in one for my boy teenagers room, since he somehow produces more trash than one person should. They are easy to carry up and down the stairs because of their size. The quality is great. I use daily but none have cracked or warped. Highly recommend.

Great for trash canTired of putting a liner in the trash can and fighting to release the air, all to find when you get ready to pull the liner and trash out, now you must fight the suction to pull it out?
I've found these sorting bins to be great for the kitchen trash, especially in my kitchen where I need something slim beside the refrigerator.

Love These HampersThese are perfect for my kids! No lids means their clothes have to go in them! And they are slender enough to literally put anywhere in the room and they are out of the way!! I have to kids bring them to the laundry room and they are super sturdy! Would purchase again!

Best Laundry HampersThese laundry hampers work well for us. I have had many different types and sizes of hampers but these are the best for our family. They are light enough to carry to the laundry room; they are tall enough so that the dog can't pull things out and they are ventilated. Moreover, they are sturdy so they don't crack and chip. I have them under the lower shelves in our closet so they are easily reached yet out of the way.

Perfect for the whole family!I bought just one for each person in the house. Instead of sorting I use them to track how often I do laundry. The size is perfect for one full load. I sort as needed before I place each piece in the washer and/or dryer.

Mostly great!Ok so I bought three of these to be my sorting hampers to replace the soft sided bags that hang on a metal cart sort of hamper I already had. Well, they dont really "lock" in place like I expected them to. They hook together really loosely, like not really at all. But still great hampers that can be cleaned easily. A little skinnier than I thought also, but not by much. Overall they still worked for me, but just would like them to really snap or lock onto each other.

Saves time on laundry!As a family of 6, I do massive amounts of laundry. To save time, I decided that everyone in our house would have to sort their laundry into the correct basket as soon as they undress. I currently have 9 of these baskets lined up in my master closet, each labeled. Whites, lights, darks, jeans, delicates, sheets & towels, & dry cleaning. Now that my kids are older, I've had to add a few more baskets. We now have baskets labeled Girls' Darks, Boys' Darks, and Dad's Darks (because all of our darks don't fit in one load and I really don't want my stuff washed with the boys' sweaty, stinky laundry!). Now, each morning I grab one basket, wash, fold, and then make the kids put away their own laundry. It really makes the never-ending task of keeping up with SO much laundry so much less overwhelming. I just ordered 3 more baskets for my boys' closet (whites, jeans, and darks). I took away one star because the handles of the baskets snap off fairly easily, but because of the slim design, I am able to line a lot of these baskets up without taking up as much room as an ordinary basket.

great sizeI purchased 3 of these for whites, colors and darks. It fits perfectly and helps to train others in the house how to sort clothes.

Tip over easily?
The bottoms seem pretty narrow. I’m wondering if they tip easily? One of the reviewers posted a picture that looked like she placed hers in a "custom" base placed on floor.

Folded laundry fit?
Currently I’m using the type of baskets that are quite wide (and low) and they work perfectly for folding the kids laundry right out of the dryer then carrying it upstairs. Will the size of this hamper function in that manner?

While our Sorting Hamper from Sterilite is ideal for moving laundry between the utility room to bedroom and back again, it features a tall, narrow profile that may not work as you are used to with a low, wide basket.

Yes, I have 4 in my closet. One side of the basket has a hook on the edge so you could connect them infinitely.
