There is no handle. The top is the sharks jaw with teeth, that opens into the middle where the clothes go.

Is this hamper assembled with zippers? When ordered does it come in pieces or folded?

The Little Stackers Bear Hamper does not include a zipper. The top piece acts as a flap to cover. Also, this ships flat in one piece. Hope that helps!
