It Works!Great gripping ability. Instructions are little vague, but if you read and look at the picture carefully, you'll get there. Love that it keeps my broom and dust mop off the floor and has hooks for dusters and fly swatters. I also like the adjustable length feature. The ability to hold 12 items may be a bit of a stretch, but it does exactly what I needed it to do; keep my floor mops altogether, out of the way and takes up very little space. Just what I was looking for.

Aluminum rails
What is the purpose of the gray plastic piece on the end of the inner aluminum rail? After I mounted the rails, I discovered I couldn’t attach the orange end cap without removing it and it was never mentioned in the parts list or instructions.
