Jar Grips is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 5.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another name .....another use....... Another name for these is "Rubber Husband" and they are an OK substitute when he's not around. Another use is as a drain stopper for a flat drain where no other type of stopper will work. This is a useful, hard-to-find-product! I'm glad you carry them. Just call them by their "proper" name!

What are they made of?

I am wondering if the Jar Grips are made of silicone or rubber or some other material. The reason I am wondering: If silicone and heat-resistant, they could possibly be used for other purposes, as well, such as covers for items in microwave and such. If not silicone, I wouldn't use them for that purpose.
Asked by: KikiChaCha
These are made of rubber and we don't recommend putting them in the microwave as it could damage the integrity of the item.
