Is this tough to turn when you have arthitis?

I need to use tools to open jars, so need to know if this would be easy for me to use. Thanks

I don't have arthritis, so difficult to answers. I would think that for soft vegetables likes zucchini, it will not be difficult even if you had mild to moderate arthritis.
