Practical and easy to use and storeAfter years of swearing by glass pyrex measuring cups (and shattering a few on my granite countertops along the way), I decided to try these. I sometimes mix batters directly into measuring cups and these are high enough to use an immersion blender. I bought a 4-cup measure as well as a 2-cup. They both show 1/8c measurements, whereas pyrex only goes to 1/4c, so I saw no need to buy the 1-cup measure too. I really like that the ml. scale is on the same side as oz. scale. I also love that they are so easy to nest and store without fear of breaking and can easily be shoved into an already crowded cupboard. Best of all, the flexible material permits you to make a spout to easliy pour batter directly into muffin tins, or pour pancakes without having to use a ladle.
