Just what I neededI had to completely empty my large pantry to have the ceiling replaced due to broken pipe above. As the process evolved, moths invaded the damp spaces in the ceiling and formed large nests, Once the construction was completed I wanted to insure that no residual moths would invade the pantry items as I restocked them. These containers are effective functionally and attractive visually.

Best Fit for your Kitchen!!I can look back and say this canister is definitely a must to your pantry, I was looking for non-glass, non-bulky, clean, clear, reasonably priced, stackable containers for my pantry and these canisters are all of that. it occupies little space and looks clean and clear to identify food items. Awesome productAs soon as I finished organizing my pantry with these canisters, I felt proud of myself! Great for a small spaceI have a small pantry and needed to optimize the use of it. These canisters work great. They are stackable. The lids have silicone seal which holds the contents in, without the risk of accidentally spilling stuff.

Dog Treats have a HomeI purchased two of these inexpensive containers to hold dog treats, because sometimes it is just easier to bribe an old beagle than convince him to do what I want. I got the ones with the clear tops because in my pantry, I like less visual clutter. What I like:
--inexpensive
--take up very little width
--two boxes fit one behind the other on the elfa shelf
--easy to open and close
--as with any canister, it is harder for pests to find the food
--no ugly box to look at on the pantry shelf
I like this two-box system because I don't often shop at Trader Joe's, the shop that carries the treats I like to buy.
But when one canister is emptied, I can add "dog treats" to the shopping list and know I have plenty of time to arrange a trip to Trader Joe's before we are completely out.

Stackable and neatThese containers are perfect for my RV. We live part-time (6-9 mos. a year) and these store just the amount of staples - quinoa, rice, bulgur, farro etc.

Storage review- rectangular canistersI have used these storage canisters for several years and have been extremely happy with the system All lids are interchangeable and seal very well. When I went to reorder I couldn't find them listed and was afraid they were discontinued. When I called and talked to a rep.it took him quite a while to find them. I have tried numerous storage systems over the years, but this system works best for me. 5 star all the way.

DecentThese are nice containers, but I wish they came in bigger sizes. Appropriate for dry goods, but 52 oz isn't large enough for sugar or flour. The silicone seal appears to be well made. They are a good value.

Disappointing...I purchased these canisters a week ago and I am planning on returning them for a refund. I chose these because I wanted something to give my kitchen a bit of color and also because I needed airtight canisters for my dry foods (cereal, rice, crackers...) THESE CANISTERS ARE NOT AIRTIGHT! Please don't listen to the product description; they are not airtight at all. Might be OK to store certain things but if you need it airtight then this is simply a waste of money.

Delightful DesignI reorganized most of my pantry dry goods (snacks, pasta, powders for baking) into these matching containers, a huge upgrade from the mismatched old containers I had. I used:
11 of the small 24 oz. Rectangle Canister with Turquoise Lid - exterior dimensions 5-3/8" long x 3-3/4" wide x 4" high - holds one 6.6oz bag of Goldfish Crackers, or one 9.25oz can of Planter's mixed nuts, or one 12.6oz bag of M&Ms, or one full box of baking soda, or one full box of cornstarch; also put my partially-used bag of cornmeal in one of these.
5 of the medium 38 oz. Rectangle Canister with Turquoise Lid - exterior dimensions 5-3/8" long x 3-3/4" wide x 5-3/4" high - holds one 5 or 6 count box of granola bars, or one typical box of Keebler crackers, or half a box of dry pasta (after cooking the first half of the box); also put my partially-used bag of powdered sugar in one of these.
4 of the large 52 oz. Rectangle Canister with Turquoise Lid - exterior dimensions 5-3/8" long x 3-3/4" wide x 7-1/2" high - holds one full container of Quaker oats (to make oatmeal), or one full bag of egg noodles; also put my partially-used bags of flour and granulated sugar in these.
The exterior dimensions include the height of the lids; subtract 1 inch to get the usable height for putting things inside with the lid on, or subtract half an inch to get the full height of the canister walls with the lid off. The bottom of the 1-inch-thick lid sits half an inch below the top of the canister walls, and the top of the lid extends half an inch above the walls. The lids are all the same size, interchangeable on the three different canister sizes.
The design of the lids lets the containers stack very nicely, and the rectangular shape uses space more efficiently than rounder containers. And with one month of use so far in a humid climate, the seals are holding excellently. They look great lined up on the pantry shelves, and I labeled them with my label maker.

My PantryThis product is great. Square and rectangle containers fit best and take up the less room than round. The lid on this product seals tightly and keeps foods fresh. Being see through is a great plus to me. It is one of several products from the Container Store that has made my pantry so much better! Also pictured are the shelves that hold canned goods and another canister with the lid that is attached. Both of those are great as well.

Love them!These containers are great for storing baking supplies and stack securely without fear of tipping over. Lids are tightly sealed to keep items fresh. Wish they came with reusable labels, more size varieties and more lid colors. I have about 10 of them and will probably purchase more over time.

Excellent Fit!Was looking for canisters to hold Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free Flours and the flour fits in the medium size perfectly. Bought different color ones & taped the label on to the top. The lid comes off easily without too much effort so the flour is readily accessible, however, there is a caution...be careful you don't pick up the canister by the lid or you'll have a mess of flour all around.

In love!I buy LOTS of loose leaf teas, and my favorites I buy in large quantities. These have been perfect for storing them! I can see what is in each, the labels adhere nicely to the smooth outer plastic, they stack well, and the lids create a nice seal. You can hear the air leaving as you push the lid on, but yet the lids are still very easy to get off! They are great for the price and I love the color options!

love these clear containersI am remodeling my kitchen and getting a huge pantry so I wanted to reorganize all my staples, grains and goodies. I used a label maker to print labels to stick on the front of these clear containers (because polenta, cornmeal and grits cannot be instantly distinguished, ha!) and I love how they look! The containers stack nicely as well. I wish there were more sizes, however. I had to use OXO pop-up containers to hold my large items.

Awesome pantry organizing tool!I love, love, LOVE these containers! They come in 3 sizes, 4 different colored tops, are nice and rectangular so they maximize space. They stack nicely, lids come off easily but stay put when stored, and best of all the price can't be beat! I organized baking staples in my pantry about 2 months ago and I love how it's working out. For the space it saves, I don't mind that they're stacked 2 deep on the shelves because the narrowness of the containers makes it easy to grab with one hand and reach for a container on the back row with the other hand.

Amazing!I use a few of these to organize stuff on my desk and they are beautiful! I love the pop of color that the lid adds, and yet you can still see the contents because of the clear body. I really like the big size of the container, as it holds a lot of stuff

for beveragesI use these containers to hold my ground coffee, my drink packet mixes and tea bags. They have so many uses, look really cute and are very efficient on space. Love them!
I have had these containers for years and always wash in the dishwasher on top shelf. I wash each time I transition to new food so often. No scarring or warping so far.

When are the green and red color lids coming back?

Unfortunately, the green and red colors have been discontinued.
I was never a Lego kid. I guess I didn't have the patience or the imagination to build a skyscraper or recreate a full size model of the Millennium Falcon. So when I had my own kids and I saw their prowess for them, I was so intrigued with how they could sit for an hour and construct something fabulous. And then we'd go on a playdate and see they had friends that were even more advanced and who were obsessed with these little bricks. Those were the moms who had the best tips and tricks for Lego storage and to avoid a meltdown from not being able to find the correct pieces and parts and also avoid the mommy tears of those little things being all over the place (not to mention the tears of stepping on one of them that didn't get corralled). These little things can really begin to take over the house - so figuring out an organization system early will not only make you super happy but it's a great way to easily begin to teach those tykes the importance of organization and clean up time.
