Great little containersI am in the process of changing my food storage from plastic to glass, and these containers are terrific! I'd like to see the cover flaps close a little bit tighter for a 5-star rating, but how they are now is certainly adequate, and I will definitely buy more as I need them. The colors of the covers are vivid and attractive, and the container's glass is substantial. It's good to have a couple of each shape for storing various different items. You won't regret buying these.

Sturdy glass containersI wanted something plastic-free to hold lunch and leftovers in case I need to microwave it. The lid snaps on tight. Over a year, and we haven't broken any. We have actually microwaved the lid accidentally without it melting or warping.

Nice, but not stackableI'm trying to ditch the plastic and migrate to glass storage containers.
I used a lot of little plastic Ziploc containers for storing remnants of sauces, dividing items, etc. This was the closest in size to the items I was trying to replace.
The product is made well and except for one design feature, it would've been perfect. Stackability. If you have a tiny kitchen, like me, and space is at a premium, stackability is important. You can stack the product with the lids on, but I would prefer they nest inside of each other like the square, round and rectangle versions TCS also carries.
Bottom line: Great product, just not practical for me.

Good but could be betterGood glass container that doesn't hold food stains like plastic containers. Quite heavy and the glass is very smooth and slippery so be careful when handling it.
The only drawbacks to these containers is that there is no handle and the lid cannot be used in the microwave.
It's difficult to remove a too hot to the touch glass container from the microwave becaue there is no handle or lip to hold with a towel or pot holder. The smooth glass is diffcult to grip with anything. A work around would be to put the container onto a microwave safe plate so it can be easily removed from the oven.
A lid would help keep food from splattering all over the microwave but these lids aren't microwavable. I have to use a lid f rom a brand-name set of microwavable plastic containers or a paper plate to keep food in these glass containers from splattering.

Cute and So UsefulThese glass containers are absolutely perfect for lunch servings. I wanted to use glass to avoid plastic contamination, but I also wanted compact containers to take in a lunch box to work. I have found the perfect answer to both requirements in these containers. Highly recommended!

I dropped a Pyrex one-cup bowl years ago and it broke into many pieces. Glass is glass--if there are any that are shatter-proof I wd. love to know the brand.

Are these tempered glass? How are they different from the "Ween Green" brand?

Wean Green is the brand name of the containers.
We're unsure if our Glasslock Clean & Fresh Containers are made from tempered glass, but we do know that the glass base can withstand up to 450 degrees.

Where can I get Replacement Lids?
I LOVE these containers. But, the lids broke on two of them. The tabs have broken off at the hinges. Can I replace just the lids?

I know it says they’re airtight in the details but I just wanna double check cause usually that aspect is heavily advertised as one of the main features and would usually be in the name of the product description
