Are the dimensions given the inside measurement. Would a pasta, measuring just under 10”, fit in a container described as being 10 inches high?
I would like to organize my dry goods storage (pasta, rice, beans, etc.) and am starting with spaghetti, linguini, etc., all measuring near 10 inches in length and do not know if a container that is described as being 10 inches in height would be large enough.

All dimensions quoted for our products unless otherwise stated are for the greatest exterior measurements. So, for storing 10" pasta, a container described as being 10" in height would most likely be too short.

All of the items have the dimensions listed in the product information and the dimensions includes the lid. There are many styles: square, rectangular, short tall; so it would be best to look at the individual dimensions to find the right fit.

Item details list dimensions as 3 3/4 x 7 x 8" high?? Cant be right. Individual dimensions?

The 'Pop Mini Square' containers in this set are 3 1/8" cubes (same LxWxH). I think the dimension listed is the packaging.
This is the smallest size POP container, 0.2qt - not to be confused with the 0.4qt 'OXO Pop Small Square Mini'.
I wasn't sure how useful they would be, holding 6.4oz (8oz = 1 cup) - not quite big enough for individually wrapped tea bags, but too big for spices in my opinion. But they're actually really great for all the small things that don't have a 'place', and fit in drawers too. I highly recommend the POP containers. Besides being versatile and easy to open/close, the set looks amazing in my cabinets!
Note: these are definitely designed to use with the "Slim" rectangles (0.4qt, 1.2qt & 1.9qt). Two minis stack perfectly on one rectangle. I find the narrow containers are way better for my needs because I can fit more on the lower shelves of cabinets where they're easily accessible. Plus they're way easier to grab if you have small (adult) hands.
You can also buy these individually (SKU 10075031) although oddly it's listed with the OXO Pop Rectangle containers. The 0.4qt square is listed with the other square Pop containers.

Are these containers freezer safe?

OXO POP Canisters are safe for refrigerator and freezer use; however when exposed to extreme temperature fluctuations the lid may lift due to changes in air pressure.
