Rated 5 out of 5 by from great orange juice container This is a great orange juice container. I buy the 16 oz. frozen juice concentrate, and need something slightly larger than 64 oz. in order to have enough room to mix it well. This container provides 4 extra oz. of space for stirring without spilling.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Best Pitcher I Ever Bought I love this pitcher. I've bought others, and discovered they're impossible to clean, or other faults, and that's no good. This pitcher is SO EASY to keep clean - no sloping sides, no weird just-smaller-than-your-hand openings. Take the lid off - clean it - it's done. I love this pitcher.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Leaks When Shaken, Pours at a Trickle As others have commented, the Juice Jug leaks when shaken. For me, the solution was to hold a Kleenex over the pour spout. I didn't find that it leaked form the vent hole on the top cover. I used my Juice Jug to hold orange juice. The small vent hole in the top became coated in orange juice, gumming it up. The vent hole became almost completely plugged in a couple of day and the juice came out of the spout at a trickle as a result. If you're going to use the Juice Jug with iced tea or water, you'll probably be fine. But anything that has pulp in it will clog the small vent hole. The same may be true for liquids with sugar in them. One other issue is the handle. It would be much better if the handle was round instead of flat. My wife has arthritis in her hands, and the relatively thin, flat handle is hard for her to grasp.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It leaks, but only when shaken I completely agree that it leaks when shaken, maybe not swirled... Unless you hold down that tiny little nob behind the spout, then you cannot shake it. And when you do release said tiny little nob, it will ooze from there even if the liquid level is not at that level. Ginger syrup was the culprit in my home- all over my counter, then fridge door as I did not realize it was still gurgling just a little bit. Thankfully a bit of hot water and soap is a quick fix, no harm done, and it really is the best thing I could find for what I utilize it for. I like that it strains and has a pretty tight seal. While it is not optimal, I've had one batch go for 2 years and it's perfectly fine (but may be the sugar and the fridge).

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Tight seal We enjoy this pitcher in several ways. The mouth of the pitcher is perfect for my tea maker that has a spring bottom for dispensing the brewed tea. It is also used to make infused beverages and the filter spout keeps fruit out of the beverage.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Can't shake I bought a couple of these to hold my homemade nut milk but you can't shake the containers without having it leak badly out of the spout lock on the top of the container. I can deal with the small amount of milk left in the spout dripping out when you use it, but I can't deal with not being able to shake the container.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Almost drip proof So after many years, it was time to replace our daily use juice picture. Our teenager is a bit clumsy lately, so we wanted a picture that sealed completely AND one that when you are finished pouring doesn't drip. This one drips a little. Signficantly less than our old one, but we were hoping for drip-free. The twist top, if shut, does prevent spills when the pitcure is knocked over. We also appreciate the footprint in our refrigerator. Again, much improved compared to our older round picture.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sturdy and simple I wanted a jug for orange juice and lemonade from concentrate; this is the best around. The spout and lid are water-tight; you can shake the contents as much as you like without losing a drop. The spout is nicely designed to allow plenty of liquid to flow through but not too much, to avoid splashing and sloshing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for fostering preschoolers' independence! Bought two of the small ones so my 4 year old could start pouring her own juice and milk and build some self-reliance. These fit perfectly in the fridge door and the handle is the right size for her smaller hands. The clips on top and twist-lock spout is good security to prevent spills, though it's pretty snug (since they are brand new) and it took her a little bit to twist it open. I am only filling them about 1/2 full so they aren't to heavy for her to pour easily. I think these will last a long time, and her proud face as she sat down to the breakfast she made for herself was awesome!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for Little Hands I bought this so my toddler could help himself to cold drinks from the fridge. The small size is great for him. It's light and durable and the opening mechanism for the spout is easy and fun for him to use. Very happy with this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best pitchers ever! These are the best pitchers for any drink item. The shape is space savings and it does not drip or leak!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Juice Jugs I bought a few of these jugs to store the juice I make in my juicer. They are the perfect size and don't take up much space in the fridge. They are great for freezing juice too. I often make an excess of juice so instead of the juice spoiling, I can just freeze the rest. I plan on buying another big one for iced tea over the summer!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lightweight solution I had been using glass jugs, but they just got too heavy for me. After searching (and buying) several different kinds of jugs, I found this one and it is the perfect solution to storing iced water in the frig. I can easily lift and pour. I do not use the spout closure because I do not seem to need it and I usually end up refilling every evening.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great design Love it! I bought the tall one so it doesn't take up too much space in the fridge. It doesn't hold odors or stain. It doesn't spill when kids knock it over! It does just what it should - hold the juice and pour neatly.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Jug for Kids I love this jug so much I bought two more even thought the first one I bought broke after a couple of years use. It fits perfectly in the fridge door and the kids can help themselves to drinks without spills. I am going handwash my new jugs in hopes that the clips won't break like they did with my first one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Right Size It's just the right size for fitting in the refrigerator door. Not too heavy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does what is says it will do I bought two of the small pitchers to use for blending quart-size volumes of unsweetened cranberry, blueberry, and pomegranate juice. These juices have sediment so they need to be shaken before pouring. As you can imagine, the original glass jars leaked badly during shaking AND pouring. Huge mess! This pitcher has turned out to be the perfect solution to the problem. The lid has a silicone seal that stays in place. And the spout has a lock for the closed position (you must turn it firmly to engage the lock). No spils to far, and I have to shake them quite hard, as a previous reviewer does. Two containers are enough to mix three quart size jars. They don't stain with the juice either.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible design I purchased two of these containers. After using them a few times, I couldn't turn the dial to open the spout without a pair of plyers. A waste of money.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good Overall We bought the small jug to keep milk in so our girls could pour it themselves. The non-drip angled spout doesn't allow all the milk to drain back into the jug so a little is still left in the spout and may spill out (depending on if your child can hold it upright). However, it is better than the entire jug spilling, so I'll deal with it. :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Practical & BPA-free I purchased this pitcher primarily because it is BPA-free, but it's slim design is also easily placed in the fridge. It's clip-lock lid is NOT leak-proof, but if you knock it over, it will not leak very much before you can get it uprighted. The handle is convenient and the turn style spout with the filter is easily removed for cleaning.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Compact and clever. The best part about the smaller Klip-It Juice Jug is the size! I can put three little pouches of powdered drink mix into it, which means I can vary the flavor more often. The Klip-It sides kept most of the liquid inside when I shook it, but the dial leaked around the edges a little. I will just have to make sure I stir it, instead of shaking it to mix the contents.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fabulous Pitcher at a Fabulous Price! While shopping for an inexpensive pitcher to hold a days H20 requirement AND included a strainer, we came across this one (the 67 ounce) and it is PERFECT! It is dishwasher safe, is BPA free, has a filter that not only controls the flow, but also contains our sliced infusing ingredients! It's slim, lightweight design is great and the "klip-lock" cover system eliminates leaks if it is tipped over or dropped. At under $10.00, this pitcher is definitely worth the money!

Community Q&A

Does the cap come off completely for cleaning or is it hinged onto the pitcher?

Asked by: Latrushkin
The lid lifts off easily. Use the spigot. Unlock the blue brackets then lift off lid. I place both lid & pitcher in dishwasher for easy cleaning.

How hot can the liquid be that you put into this jug? I want to make tea (freshly brewed) but am uncertain if the temperature of the water will be too hot for the container to allow...
Asked by: NYNIC715
I run the lid & pitcher on normal dishwashing cycle & heated drying setting. The pitcher & lid tolerate the hot water & heat. I do not know the water temperature used in dishwasher, but the water is very hot. I suggest using hot water but not boiling water for brewing tea in this pitcher.
