I ordered two sets of these drawers with the wood tops and realized they won't fit next to one another so I have them precariously stacked on top of each other. Is there a way stack these if I remove one of the wooden tops? Can the feet slide in the top?

Yes, you can stack one frame on top of the other by removing the Melamine Top between the two units.

When you install in a cabinet how do you attach to the cabinet so it is secure in there?

You should not have to attach Elfa drawer solutions into cabinets. They will not move much at all. Thank you for your question.
