Not long lastingHad brought the affix adhesive organizer bin for my kitchen. I loved that it was adhesive. Perfect to put on glass tiles. We followed the directions on putting it up, the bin itself fit perfectly on with the tiles, and there was enough room for a handful of spices without issues.
About 1 year later we heard a crash in the kitchen to find the adhesive bin no longer was attached to the tiles. The adhesive part just gave up. The spices I had put in the bin where mostly dry herbs and in plastic bottles which aren't heavy.
Good luck to you if you get this item but be warned that will probably fall off after time. The adhesive tape does not last long. My other kitchen adhesive hooks last longer than this and they all have heavier items on it.

Loved it for 2 weeks.When I went shopping for this type of organizer, I thought it would be something that screwed int to the door or wall. Mounting tape? Hmm. Brought it home, cleaned the door well, put the organizer up and left it at least 24 hours. I even pressed it to the door every time I went into the pantry, hoping the seal would be better. I put in 2 rolls of plastic wrap, 1 roll of wax paper, and 1 roll of aluminum foil. All was well for about 2 weeks until I heard a loud thud. Opened the pantry door to find it had fallen off. So now I've bought some Gorilla Glue mounting tape (for $9.99) to see if that works; if not, I guess I'll drill holes into the plexiglas and mount it the way I originally thought it would have been sold.

Didn't workI have an old recessed medicine cabinet with missing shelves - thought this would be the perfect way to get some storage back. Unfortunately, the adhesive seems not to stick to metal. Without anything in it, the bin repeatedly fell off the back of the cabinet within an hour of putting it up. I'm returning it today.
Is this bin or one similar available in a 9 inch length? Thanks

Our Affix Adhesive Organizer Bins can be removed with damage-free results by lifting from the corner and pulling away at angle. The adhesive will not leave sticky residue and is recommended for use on metal, mirrors, glass, tile, fiberglass, and wood surfaces. Not recommended for drywall, painted surfaces, or papered walls.

Are the bins reusable after removing from a surface? Trying to decide if it makes sense for our lease, or if I should wait until we own something.

To reuse the bin once it is removed, clean any remaining adhesive from the back of the bin and reapply it using our 3M Commend Adhesive Mounting Strips.
