Yes you can reuse the rubber seals for canning. According to Weck German web site you can reuse the seals as long as they aren’t cracked, ripped, or to stretched. Approximately 10+ use for each. It’s basically the same way you use the tattler reusable canning lid seals.

The interior of our 9.8 oz. Weck Sturz Jar measures 2" in diameter at the base and 2-3/4" in diameter at the top; the interior is 3-1/4" in height.
The interior of our 19.6 oz. Weck Sturz Jar measures 2-3/4" in diameter at the base and 3-9/16" in diameter at the top; the interior is 4-1/4" in height.

Metal clamps on wecks (sp?) jars
Are the metal clamps on the wecks jars attached to the jar top?

No. The clamps are removable and not attached to the lid.
There are few designs as classic as the Weck Canning Jar. These Mason Jar-esque products have served as go-tos for canning for over a century now and it's not hard to see why. They're beautiful and simply made, and their thick glass construction, rubber gaskets and stainless steel clamps are timeless.
