Not That GreatWhen I first purchased this product, I was really excited to use it and immediately cleared our house from single-use plastic bags. However, once I actually started to use them, I realized they weren't all they were cracked up to be. The sandwich bags don't actually hold the size of a sandwich, unless you don't want your bag to close. The plastic isn't very flexible, and the zip is so thick it's really difficult to close the bag. The plastic also stains INCREDIBLY easily, and they're a bear to wash in the dishwasher because they never get fully clean and fill up with gross dishwasher water. I would only recommend this if you weren't using it for actual sandwiches, and ONLY hand-washing.

Reusable sandwich bagsI am happy with this purchase. The bags can be refrigerated or frozen and yet hold their shape. The food stays fresh inside I have hand washed them many times A good way to waste less and save the planet !

Reuseable zip bags - use less plastic!These are great. Using them mostly to freeze meats in for single servings. Wanted to lessen the amount of plastic I am putting in land fills and they fill that need. They wash well, are very thick, lie flat and are the perfect size. Easy to zip. I bought a second set about a month later.

Love these bags!I’ve been looking for a good reusable bag that doesn’t cost a lot so I was happy to come across these container store brand that came in a pack of 5 for practically the price of just one of the leading brand of reusable bags. They work great, so far no complaints!

DisappointedI always wash these by hand but I have an extremely hard time resealing them. Love the concept, the size and strength of the bags. love the color coding too. But they are really hard to seal

Nearly impossible to zipBought these reusable snack bags for my children's school snacks. It's nearly impossible to close! And difficult for little hands to pry open. Not all the bags are like this. A couple in the pack were fairly easy to open and close, but the rest forget about it. My husband has super strong hands and even he was saying that something must be wrong with the bags. Contacted Container Store and Blue Avocado about it...no response from either. Love the idea of reusable bags, but disappointed that it's so difficult to use.

NOT airport security friendly!I love this bag, but it is NOT TSA compliant. It's translucent, not clear. I was rejected at the security line and the employee handed me a CLEAR ziplock bag for me to put my liquids in.

1/2 cup sizeThe zip top sort of makes the opening not as wide as you think it should be but it is nice and thick. Right now I have one holding a necklace in my suitcase and I plan to buy another for cough drops to keep in my handbag. Translucent but not perfectly clear which I like.
