Love it!!I used to never travel with jewelry, but this little travel box makes it so easy now! It's small enough to easily fit in your suitcase but large enough to fit your jewelry pieces. Best of all, your necklaces won't be tangled! Absolutely love this!!

Not so thought-out designI so wanted to make this work but sadly I have lost countless pieces of jewelry while using this item. The design with one flap in the interior secures items in the larger compartment, but if you're anything like me, when you open the box to access contents you have 50% chance dumping out smaller items inherently more likely to get lost, nulling the purpose of utilizing such a luxury item from the first place.
Obviously a second flap would remedy this, but perhaps a simple stamping of the logo on one side would help remind which side goes on top, or the snap could be redesigned to make its orientation more obvious (snaps up from bottom = counter-intuitive!)
Not sure if I can still return since I purchased a while ago, but will be retiring this item after too many frustrating instances compounding the stresses of travel.

necklaces falls outWhile I REALLY like my Stackers at home, this item doesn't meet the mark. The 'flap' side doesn't stay shut if you open upside down so larger jewelry items fall out. Used for 2 weeks while on vacation but came home and returned. I had high hopes!

Almost perfect..I love this little box and it's really useful however when you put it into a bag and actually travel (so the bag gets jostled a little over time), the jewelry from the two sides mix and so I now like cover the side w/ 4 small spaces w/ facial tissue so that the small pieces don't go into the hole on the other side's lid. I wish they had done like a completely square door w/ a ribbon pull tab for the other side instead of having like a little notch for your finger to open it.

The travel box fits perfectly into the stacker, so you can't place anything underneath. But you can still place your jewelry inside the travel box when it's placed in a stacker.

Does this travel tray fit into the CLASSIC jewelery tray?

Yes, the exterior of our Stackers Premium Jewelry Storage collection is faux or man-made material, not genuine leather. The flocked interior is made from a poly-cotton blend.
