Cute but poorly constructedI love the way these look but unfortunately they are poorly constructed. Trying to screw in the supplied hardware results in the inner screw sleeve unscrewing itself, meaning you can never actually get it screwed on. Don’t waste your money.
I want to purchase these but I want to know how to install correctly per the other comments. Looks like a few were fine to install but others were not. Just want to know what NOT to do so it will be an easy install. Any feedback would help.

I was able to install the knob properly using vise grip pliers and a cleaning cloth. After drilling into your chosen wall and seating the supplied anchor properly within the wall, screw the supplied screw into the wall as far as you can get it to go. Then, cover the end of the screw with the threads intended to be covered by the knob with the cleaning cloth and firmly (but not too firmly avoiding pinching the screw too tightly and flattening the threads accidentally) attach the vise grip pliers. Screw the screw into the anchor until it has reached the correct depth within the wall anchor so only the threaded and is visible, and finally attach the knob as directed.

What is the weight limit capacity per hook?

Each of our Wood & Wool Hooks is design to hold light items such as caps, light jackets, umbrellas, etc. We do not recommend more than 5 pounds per hook.
